　　全国中小学英语学习成绩测试（NEAT）三级考试为闭卷考试，分口试和笔试两部分，总分为120分，测试考生在听、说、读、写、译诸方面综合运用英语的能力。口试时间为每个考生5分钟，分值为20分。笔试时间为100分钟，分值为100分，其中包括听力（30分钟，分值为20分）、基础知识与综合能力运用（70分钟，分值为80分）。
